How can I find you? I don’t see the shop!
We are located in the Minnesota Market Building in Downtown Bend, behind Thump coffee. If you’re coming from Franklin Ave., you’ll see our sign right by Tin Pan Alley. Check out our map above to help find us.
Where can I park?
The best place to park is in the public parking structure located on the corner of Minnesota and Lava, behind The Oxford Hotel. You can park there for free for 3 hours.
Do I have to know how to ride a bike?
If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride an electric bike. If you’re rusty please come in before your tour or rental and we’ll give you some tips and practice time.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Oregon State law requires minors to wear a helmet. We recommend wearing helmets; however, adults may decline.
How old do you have to be to ride an electric bike?
You must be 16 or older to operate an electric bike. We have some fun options for kids younger than 16 including tandems and traditional pedal bikes. Give us a call and we will get you set up with the best options for your family.
